About Us

Our ovens were first designed by an avid lover of woodfired cooking after a trip around the Mediterranean. What was a hobby in 1997 quickly became a flourishing business, and the next 20 years were spent building and supplying ovens all over the country. The time to pass the torch came in 2020, when a local chef jumped at the chance to become the oven builders apprentice. Now the guru has retired, and the next generation continues to manufacture and supply oven kits built to the highest standards. 

As you can see in the gallery and testimonial pages, our kits can go almost anywhere. Thousands of kits have sold, and these ovens are now in homes, cafes and hotels all over Australia.
